Eazylio Affiliate Program Terms of Use
Welcome to the Eazylio Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Registration and Approval:
- To become an affiliate, register at eazylio.tolt.io (the “Affiliate platform”).
- Eazylio reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
- Affiliate Dashboard:
- Upon becoming an affiliate, you will have access to a dashboard which will display the following statuses for your referrals:
Click: When the referral opens the webpage with a valid URL parameter.
Lead: When the referral signs up to Eazylio.
Active: When the referral starts a Premium subscription.
Canceled: When the referral cancels their subscription (or you cancel the referral).
Refunded: When the referral is refunded.
- Commission Structure:
An Affiliate will earn a commission for every new visitor that they refer to eazylio.com under the following conditions:
- The visitor must use the affiliate’s unique referral link to access eazylio.com.
- The visitor should be accessing eazylio.com for the first time.
- After visiting eazylio.com, the visitor must register for a subscription at console.eazylio.com.
- The visitor must then upgrade to the Premium subscription within 60 days of their first visit using the referral link.
For fulfilling these conditions, the Affiliate will earn up to US$15. This will be broken down as:
- US$5 will be paid for every month of the referred user’s paid Premium subscription, for up to 3 months.
However, if a referred Premium subscriber cancels their subscription and is refunded for any reason, the affiliate will forfeit any commissions that have not yet been paid out.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Any fraudulent activity or any attempt to exploit the affiliate program without good faith is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to creating fake accounts, using bots, or manipulating the system to earn undue commission.
- Eazylio reserves the right to withhold any commissions earned as a result of such activities and may reclaim any commissions already paid.
- If detected, Eazylio may take appropriate action, including legal action, against the affiliate.
- Payment:
- Eazylio will make payments to affiliates on a monthly basis, or as otherwise stated.
- Payments will be made through the method specified by you on the Affiliate platform.
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are correct and up to date.
- Modification of Terms:
- Eazylio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It will be your responsibility to check these terms for any changes, and your continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Any earned and unpaid commissions at the time of termination will be paid to the affiliate unless the termination is due to prohibited activities.
- Disclaimer:
- The affiliate program is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Eazylio makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, with respect to the affiliate program, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Eazylio will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Miscellaneous:
- The laws of Ontario, Canada, will govern this agreement, without reference to laws governing choice of laws.
- Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
By registering for the Eazylio Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
